Jake is currently directing the feature rodeo crime film Ride, which he also wrote. Previously, Jake wrote, produced, and starred in the modern western No Man’s Land beside Frank Grillo, Andie MacDowell, and George Lopez.
The film was released theatrically by IFC Films. In 2021, Jake Executive Produced the historical epic Edge of the World. Distributed by Samuel Goldwyn Films.
A Cornell University graduate, Jake’s next screenplay Dixie Crystal is an intense look at the Appalachian meth war through three interconnected points of view: the cop, the dealer, and the addict.
An established actor, Jake broke out in BET’s social drama The Quad and recently appeared in the Jason Momoa NETFLIX action-thriller Sweet Girl.
